Garwood Europe Ltd would like to announce a number of changes to the structure of the company that will take effect as from 1st May 2008.

Bernard Wills is to step down from role as Managing Director as from the above date. Bernard feels that this is the right time for him to take a less active position in the company, having achieved and exceeded all the objectives that he and fellow directors set when the company was formed 6 years ago. He will still be playing a key role within the company on a consultancy basis and as one of the major shareholders will continue to guide and build on the company’s success in the future.

The new Managing Director will be Daniel McHugh from Garwood International Pty Ltd in Australia. Daniel is a director of the company and helped set up Garwood Europe Ltd in the beginning.

We would like to assure all our customers past and present that the changes will not affect the current operation of company and the responsibility for the conducting the day to day business will undertaken by David Archer, General Manager, together with the existing staff members.

Due to the ongoing and increasing demand for the company’s products, the company will now move forward with a planned expansion programme that will see the recruitment of additional sales and service staff. This will allow the company to provide an even higher level of sales and after sales service to support our customers in the future.

THE POWAPACT 19 Domestic & Heavy duty specification with bin lift handles 110ltr to 1280ltr bins. Body sizes from 19m³ to 22m³.



THE DUALPACT Twin compartment compaction from 8m³ to 16m³ available with or without independent tailgate/lift ejection operation. Bin lift options available.All Garwood products are manufactured from Bis 80 High tensile steel to give a longer working life.




TRAILER MOUNTED REFUSE COLLECTION VEHICLE Trailer mounted Powapact fully integrated to towing vehicle, offering full flexibility to tractor and refuse collection for a wide range of applications. Powapact range body sizes 8m³ 10m³ or 12m³. Payload from 5,000kg. Full bin lift range available.





HYDRAULIC PROTECTION
For equipment protection and compactor
efficiency the hydraulics are controlled by “The Hydra” command control “pressure sense” system. All tailgates have built in lechate liquid collection tanks.
